I know quite a lot of mobile users like to do this, because you can easily know the incoming caller.
To assign a picture for a contact with the Replenish
- Go to the Contact overview screen, click the Menu key then touch Edit contact
- Touch a contact image
- Press Select photo from Gallery, then you will see Select pictures screen, select your desired photo; if you want to take a new picture, touch Take Photo
- Crop the area you want by dragging along the sides of the yellow border box
- Touch Save
