The Galaxy Q has become available, along with its release comes some questions. When you install some apps but there is no response to your cell phone, you can consider performing a hard reset.
To hard reset the phone, here we go.
Step 1. Touch Menu > Settings
Step 2. Scroll through and touch Privacy > Factory data reset
Step 3. A window will pop up, read it carefully
Step 4. If you decide to do a hard reset, press Reset phone > Erase everything
You will then find your handset work well as originally.
